Harvesting Success: How 1,900+ Farms Increase Revenue with Harvest Hosts

This session will be recorded for future viewing & purchase

Explore innovative strategies for leveraging Agri-tourism and crafting unique on-farm experiences to attract visitors and enhance customer engagement.

Gain firsthand insight into how partnering with Harvest Hosts can help optimize revenue potential with minimal time investment.

Along with JD Cherozzi, we will have two NAFDMA members on the panel to discuss their experiences being hosts:

Laura Middleton, Kackleberry Farm

My husband and I bought Kackleberry Farms in Monroe, MI in August of 2022, then packed up not just a house/garage but an entire farm, shop, etc, and moved across the country from the state of Oregon. We arrived on September 1st and opened for our first Fall season 3 weeks later! We saw Harvest Hosts at a NAFDMA conference we attended and signed up to be a Host! We have enjoyed getting to meet people from quite a few states and Canada in the past year.

Eric & Rachel Vaughn, Vaughn's Farm - A Teaching Farm and Kitchen

We are Eric and Rachel Vaughn. We run an urban teaching farm just north of Seattle.  We exist to connect people with their food and love to do that through play for all ages.  We are tucked in next to two major freeways, making it super accessible for our Harvest Hosts guests. We’ve been Hosts for nearly a year and love encouraging others to host as well.
